the "marilyn" headboard

Ooh, Michelle Adam’s “Marilyn”-upholstered headboard. Where do I begin? I adore this fabric... talk about a modern classic! I’d love to have a headboard just like it. How pleasant would it be to wake up to cheery yellow roses each morning? Should Rubie Green relaunch their bedding line, I’d certainly invest in a set of “marilyn” shams.

Gorgeous, Fallon! I love everything Rubie Green, and have not stopped obsessing my bedroom chair, reupholstered in the blue "East Village" print, since I had it done over a year and a half ago...so I totally understand the Michelle Adams love.
That headboard is gorgeous. I think I need to make some changes in my bedroom. Thank you for the inspiration.
So lovely. We've just added a headboard of the exact silhouette (Pottery Barn offers a similar look via their York headboard) and I adore it! It's large enough to appeal to my husband, but for me it's pure glam! Love the cheerfulness of it in this fabric. Beautiful!

Have you read the interview with West Elm's Angel Dormer? There's a great quote... "It's not necessarily about decorating... it's more about finding a place for the things that make me happy."
