the fall flea at jayson home & garden

Last night, I had the privilege of attending the launch of Jayson Home & Garden’s annual European flea market. Browsing through Caroline Scheeler and team’s exotic offerings is not unlike visiting a finely curated museum exhibit. Ms. Scheeler and Viktor Van Bramer, Jayson Home & Garden’s visual merchandiser, spend hours upon hours styling the merchandise to perfection. (though we all know that merchandise selected by Caroline Scheeler would look fantastic in any sort of state!). I was lucky enough to snap a photo with Viktor and Jayson’s photographer, Jessica (she’s the girl who shoots their catalogues-- how cool is that?), who are both so lovely. Oh Jayson, I’m going to miss you when I move to Kansas City! I’m hoping that they eventually expand to have a presence nationwide... this way, everyone could share in the unique experience that is Jayson Home & Garden. That store is truly amazing.

(p.s.-- I about fell over when I saw the wall of Hugo Guinness prints.
They are so beautiful in person!)

That clutch with the little lizard is absolutely amazing! When you beg them to expand, put in a good word for us Bay Area kids, okay?
