How beautiful are these still-lives created by Olivia Verdugo? The RISD graphic design student (who expects to receive her MFA this fall!) says that these photos “serve to visually contextualize the four main chapters of [her] thesis,” which are impetus (photo #1), behavior (#2), form (#3), and structure (#4). I know, I know - just last week I said that animal taxidermy can at times give me the heebie-jeebies, but I love this. Good luck this semester, Olivia - we wish you the best!
