Sarah Leora is a budding East Hampton-based fashion designer whom I discovered last night on tumblr. She also happens to make rad zines based on her favorite movies and persons of interest. Oh, and did I mention that she’s still in high school?! When I emailed Sarah last night to gush about how much I adored her drawings, she asked if I had any suggestions as to what movie/person her next zine should depict. My initial thoughts were Roman Holiday and Annie Hall, but I know you all can come up with something way more creative. What do you think? (PS! Break me off a piece of this. Above are a few of my favorite looks from RED Valentino's Pre Spring/Summer 2012 collection. Am I alone in thinking that it screams Lee Radziwill circa 1960? Yenny Seo of Studded Hearts blogged about this rest - you definitely need to see it. P.S. - did you know that the "RED" stands for Romantic Eccentric Dress? Ooh, the things you learn on Net-A-Porter!

Sixty years ago on this very day, Queen Elizabeth II ascended to the throne. She was just twenty-five years old – can you even imagine?! To read up on how the royals plan to celebrate Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubliee, click here. If only I were in Europe to partake in the festivities! I guess une petite glass of champagne post-work will have to do. Or maybe I'll throw on a tiara whilst doing the laundry. How will you be celebrating?

Vanity Fair always has the best features. I picked up the March issue today – which, by the way, has the most beautiful cover – and discovered that Sofia Coppola is the subject of this month’s “My Stuff.” I enjoyed it tremendously and thought you might, as well. Who would have thought that her favorite color is hot pink?

If you've read the newest issue of Matchbook Magazine, then you've already seen (and swooned over) these photos of the Greenbriar Resort. I've been dying to visit the West Virginia locale for years and, after viewing this editorial, am on a mission to make it happen. I mean, it was decorated by Dorothy Draper, for pete's sake! If color makes you happy, as it does me, than the Greenbrier is your mecca :) Have any of you had the pleasure of paying this piece of American design history a visit? I can’t get enough of this très stylish music video by French pop princess, Yelle. First of all, it’s pink. Second, the song is SO catchy. Just try to get it out of your head after watching (it’s not possible). P.S. – how chic is Ms. Yelle? She’s Audrey Hepburn meets Lady Gaga in the best sort of way, no? :)

Can't you imagine Charlotte York lounging on a bed dressed in Pratesi linens, reading the Sunday Styles, watching Downton Abbey... + wearing these this (top, bottom) pretty pajama set? I can! True, they're more Bridget Jones than Brigitte Bardot, but who are you trying to impress anyway? :) They also come in white - I love!
