The September 2007 J.Crew catalog was certainly one to remember. How could one forget these iconic Parisian shots? Although this catalog is four years old, the clothing featured here hardly looks dated (reason 1001 why classic clothing is king). I haven’t visited Paris in years, but I’m just dying to go. It seems like everyone has plans to visit or has visited recently... but me! (#whitegirlproblems, anyone?). My little sister just got back from a ten day vacation in the city and a close friend of mine is scheming to spend her Christmas break there (which I support 100%, if only so I can live vicariously through her). Anywho. If you need me, darlings, I'll be sipping coffee, eating croissants and listening to Edith Piaf on my front porch. You're more than welcome to join :)

o.k., also, is it me or have the models gotten a LOT thinner since '07. I love Jenna Lyons and have a total crush on her creativity but I sort of think all of the models are looking a bit like her 6foot, Buck-O'-5 self, these days.
