Darlings: I hope you had a blissful weekend! I’m jetting off to Los Angeles for a week - I’m beyond thrilled to get a bit of relief from humid Kansas City (where one need not iron their clothes as the humidity renders them wrinkle free in seconds). While in California, I plan to visit the new “Paris: Life & Luxury” exhibit at the Getty and hit up loads flea markets... but other than that, I’m free! I’ll be in the Silverlake area with lots of time to spare - drop me a line if you’re in the area :)

In 2005, Kate & Andy Spade produced “Kate Spade Music,” a lovely CD featuring songs by the British band Beaumont. While the music itself isn’t particularly to my taste, the CD comes with a square booklet of images that entirely makes up for it. I scanned in a few of my favorites - aren’t they wonderful? If you’re interested, copies of the CD are still for sale on Amazon for less than $20. Even if you don’t like the music, the booklet (which is well worth $20 in and of itself) would be a great addition to your inspiration board :)

Albeit a bit late, I’d like to wish you all a lovely weekend. My little brother is in town from Denver until Sunday night - I’m so happy to have him back! It’ll be the last time for several months that my three siblings and I will be together. We get along with one another alarmingly well (I’m very lucky!) and will be causing ruckus all weekend long. We’ve big plans for tomorrow - photos will certainly pop up on the blog come next week. Until then! x
